Terms of Service

SourceAgent (“SourceAgent”, “we”) is a process partner that connects US builders and designers with verified Vietnam suppliers and coordinates the sourcing process between them — brief structuring, supplier matching, quote review, and country-of-origin documentation preparation.

We are not a customs broker, law firm, engineering firm, or material expert, and we are not a marketplace seller or reseller of goods. We do not make legal classifications or origin determinations.

We never hold or transfer funds. Any payment between a buyer and a supplier — and any refundable pilot deposit — is arranged out of band and moves through the parties and their licensed payment partners. SourceAgent is never a custodian of money and no card data touches our systems.

The service is offered during a private beta on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features, availability, and limits may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service only for legitimate sourcing, and not to abuse it (for example automated scraping, spam, or attempts to exceed posted limits). AI-assisted structuring of a brief runs only after an operator reviews it.

Origin, HS-code, and AD/CVD materials we surface are document preparation and risk signals for your review — not legal or customs advice. The importer of record is responsible for its own filings and must confirm classification, AD/CVD applicability, and substantial-transformation status with a licensed customs broker before importing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SourceAgent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the beta service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
